Two weeks and three performance show’s into this season’s “Dancing with the Stars,” it’s become clear who the front-runners are, and as I see it, that’s not likely to change in the coming weeks. If some of the so-so dancers don’t break out of the middle of the pack soon, I’ll become bored, and fast.
